DELIVERY COST & TERM
Delivery cost: We normally transport our product by truck for safety and avoid outside impacting. Therefore, the cost of delivery depends on your location, it is approximately 250.000 - 500.000 VND if your location is in Ho Chi Minh City. Delivery term: As most of our concrete products are hand-crafted furnitures which are designed and personally customized for you so we do not usually have a wide range available in stock. In order to pursuit the intention of creating eco-friendly products, plant-fibers is mostly used for inner strengthening in concrete structure, instead of chemicals or hardening accelerating admixture, which takes our products a while to hardening themselves. Moreover, during rainy season (often from May until November), concrete may need more time to consolidate completely due to weather conditions. Therefore, our production process often lasts from 14 to 20 days for the small quantity of products and 30 to 40 days for larger quantity of products on each order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Every concrete product at Rap Concept is devotedly created under our careness and passion, and being strictly followed by every single step of the production to reach to a quality assurance following picky European standards.
